SHIPPING
We have shipped many statues in throughout Australia. Prior to shipping to your statue, we will build a solid wood crate around the statue. The statue will be picked up at our location in Adelaide and shipped directly to you. All statues weighing over 100 kgs. will crated on a pallet of appropriate size and delivered with a lift-gate truck. The shipping company will contact the buyer prior to delivery to make arrangements that work for you. Please let us know if your are a business with a forklift or shipping dock, as this information is pertinent for the freight company. Also, be sure to provide: a contact name, delivery address, and a phone number where the recipient contact can be reached. We only use Australia's top freight company and once your sculpture is picked up from our gallery we provide our customers with tracing information that can be accessed on the freight carrier's website. This allows buyers to track the progress of their shipment and have all the information needed right at their fingertips to follow the precious cargo every step of the way. Statues ship out within 10 business days of receiving cleared payment. However, because these sculptures are unique, fragile and often times quite large, we sometimes need extra time to build our custom crates and make all logistical arrangements from pick up to delivery. Please contact us anytime for delivery time estimates on any sculpture in our store. Transit time is typically 3-5 business days anywhere in Australia. International Buyers: For quotes on international freight rates please provide us with the nearest shipping port, including the name of the city and postal code. International shipments will need to be picked up at the port nearest to your delivery address, or other arrangements can be made by a customs brokerage of your choice.

We are able to bring you statues that are of an extremely rare size and quality in Australia, therefore, we offer you something that is as extraordinary as the individual purchasing it, and as exceptional as the one who created it. Many of the statues that can be found in the market are casts, that is, they are a concrete mould which is then painted on the outside and remains concrete colour on the inside. Though these types of statues are often inexpensive, they are quite soft and when they chip, crack, or break, you are left with a very dull concrete colour. Although cast statues may be a fine alternative for smaller pieces indoors, if you are looking for a high quality piece of art, nothing compares to hand carved stone. We currently sell statues made from four different types of stone: black lava stone, hard lava stone, green river stone and sandstone each one offering its own unique qualities.
